Lmao @ tk's opinion. What Is only being aloud to search with probable cause? Their skin is brown? Let me guess..the fuckers on 9/11 who killed thousands of innocent americans were nothing to worry about because their wasnt probable cause to search them.

Also, whether or not a gunshop runs a background check on a customer is really irrelevant. You can get a gun anywhere..easy

These "background" checks can be a joke. Take it from someone who has a family member who's worked for a number of gun shops, and my relative has told me that he's seen countless occasions where an individual has been sold a gun while skipping the background check or "haphazardly" going thru the check.

I don't believe it. Every FFL has their books checked very very thoroughly and every single gun HAS to be logged in and out with a NICS number and subsequent paperwork. The average employee who steals guns from an FFL lasts about 3 months before getting caught due to the constant audits that BATFE does on the logs.

You can choose not to believe it, but that doesn't make it not true.

my ex girlfriends dad owned a gun shop. They would sell to people all the time who werent qualified. The son would just put the gun in his name.
Like I said..not hard to get your hands on a gun.

I can believe doing straw purchases (once again, a felony). I do not and will not believe that shops can get away with logging guns in and out without having a NICS #. I don't believe this because it is impossible. The BATFE cross checks logs every few months. It's pretty brutal.
