Janish is still a hit away from a guaranteed benching.

It excites the hell out of their fans apparently. They go nuts for every flyball.

He's been very good except for the plays across towards 2nd or in the hole that way. A solid guy on this team no doubt.

Yea, I keep signing Cairo until he completely breaks down.

Pretty damn impressive outing by Arroyo even against an AAAA lineup. Still have no confidence in him at Wrigley though. Hopefully they can get him the W on a Heisey first pitch homer.

He's locked up for next year, pretty cheap too. He was a great signing.

Do you want to save Lewis for a more critical pinch hitting appearance, like in the 11th?

Dusty loves to play for the home run. I would too in this park. Save Lewis for when you need contact with a runner on.

I've followed baseball and it's players pretty closely since my younger days as an avid baseball card collector in the early to mid 80's....but I'm not sure I've been more unfamiliar with a National League team ever.

Good job by Heisey getting on. If they don't score here they'll lose the chance to get Heisey in LF for defense after they take the lead.

I said those first 10 words when I watched 59 year old Fred Lynn dive full extension in the Celebrity Softball Game over the AS Break.

Hopefully the Reds bring in Chapman if they can't get a run here.

He didn't. But he couldn't handle the curve ball anyway!
