How does Joseph Gordon Levitt go from 50/50, Inception, Dark Knight Rises....to Premium Rush. That movie looks like absolute trash.

Saw the trailer for Argo while seeing The Campaign. A movie by Ben Affleck. Looks pretty intense.

I really want to see Moonrise Kingdom, might have to wait to iTunes.

Just saw Brave...hard film to review. It was very cute but not up to Pixar standards. IMO it is the worst of the Pixar films I've seen (haven't watched Cars or Cars 2). The animation was gorgeous, the story was highly lacking. It wasn't bad, but not particularly good either.

I'm actually intrigued with Premium Rush. Yes it sounds kinda corny, but [if done right] it would be very good.

Leads me to believe that studios own these actors souls. Pretty much "sure well put you in Inception, but you have to do this god awful movie for us after that!"

I'm not sure it will be god awful but I do agree that from the surface it doesn't appear to have a very deep plot.

It was just brought to my attention from fellow co workers that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be rebooted. Unfortunately the director will be Michael Bay. Can't wait to see him ruin my childhood once again after ruining transformers. His intrepretation of Shredder is going to be the biggest joke.

So Manhatten will be blown up during the course of the film, I'd guess?

TMNT: Where Shredder gets a couple nukes and gives them to Rocksteady and Be-bop for safekeeping. Explosions and mushroom clouds ensue.

That's a given. I am just going to assume splinter is some robot rat from some unheard of universe. He also shoots lasers out of his eyes.

I think (hope) they scrapped this.

IMHO the worst part was they weren't going to be mutants, they were going to be aliens.

I was just about to post this but I thought I just read something about it coming out in May of 2014. They are trying to trim the budget to 125 mil.

My coworker said they scrapped that idea, due to the backlash. What a fucking stupid idea to begin with.

Yeah that's what I meant when I said they scrapped the idea. I guess that could've been misinterpreted.

Michael Bay, the only other asshole would could have been a worse pick to direct is Uwe Bowell. Either way the movie is going to suck more ass than TMNT 3.
