I guess I could see the confusion with the thread title being top 5 collegiate players of the past decade and everyone posting players from different teams. Makes sense to post players from your favorite team then. SMH

Well I can guarantee you that no one would think that Courtney Watson was a top 5 player in college football over the last decade. Not even anyone in his family. SMH at you getting off on arguing now.

1. Reggie Bush
2. Vince Young
3. Adrian Peterson
4. Tim Tebow (pains me to say this, but there's no denying his production on the field)
5. Ndamukong Suh (probably would have had Clarett here, or higher, but can't justify that w/ having played only 1 yr.)

Drew Brees- Possibly most dominant Big 10 player ever, had little around him but somehow carried the Boilermakers to a Big 10 title and holds every major Big 10 QB Record
Adrian Peterson- If he would of been healthy he would have easily won the Heisman his Soph and Junior seasons
Reggie Bush- He just did everything so well, totally unstoppable and looked like some guy on a video game
Tim Tebow- Put up some sick stats and was the greatest leader I've ever seen at that position
Vince Young- Performance against USC was the single greatest game I've seen by a person

Those are my five favorites. It's tough when 7 to 9 Saturday's every football season you're actually at the game... Makes it tough to watch much else... And there's only one team we root for

Bush won a heisman, a national title. And had 2 less Td's in 303 less touches

Does that mean that Colt Brennan is the greatest QB of all time or should we remember that the PAC10 defenses are not even close to SEC defenses.

^^^ well, if it means anything to you Reggie played against Arkansas in 2005. The Trojans beat the Razorbacks 70-17*, Bush played in the first half only. He carried the ball eight times for 125 yards and a TD and also had three catches for 70 yards and 2 TD's.
*Of course, the game has been taken away from USC due to NCAA violations.

SEC defense is a myth. You've been hoodwinked by the media. Enjoy mediocrity.

The difference between Pac-10 defenses and SEC ones are not nearly as big as Pac10 to WAC. For christ sakes that conference looked like me and my friends playing NCAA Football 12 on Varsity

Lmao that or you're just in denial...SEC everything is better, why else would they have won 6 titles since '03

Conferences don't win titles. Auburn winning the title doesn't make Kentucky, Tennessee, Miss, Miss St, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, LSU, or any of the other garbage programs any better.

Two of these garbage programs beat Ohio St. for BCS titles. Maybe your Buckeyes should have practiced harder instead of smoking blunts & playing video games upstairs at Fine Line Tattoos. Florida's SEC defense allowed 7 points to your Buckeyes after they were spotted 7 points to start the game.
