I ran a few miles around 10am this morning and it was awful. I've actually been doing a lot of running in the heat this Summer, but this morning was bad. I had to take a couple of aspirin afterwards to subside some chest pain. I'm going into work at the hospital in a bit -- I'll do an EKG on myself and see what's the dealio, because I'm a boss and I do what I want there.

Might get slammed here in an hour or so. With this heat tho.....itll storm, and then be even worse afterwards!

This is weather where after you towell off from a shower you are still wet from the humidity

The only rule that kinda ticks me off that nobody enforces, is the one where the girl playing pitchers mound has to be even w/ the rubber when the pitch is made. Yeah...just got in from weed-eating and mowing......thundered the whole time and actually cooled off like a storm was coming.....but missed us
