Oh, and in the distraction from 9 innings of mocking Underwood, Masterson shows how you bear down when something doesn't go your way. Carrasco should be taking notes.

Why isn't Pronk either A..at the plate vs a righty for our DH..or B..in the on deck circle for Kearns? Are we out of outfielders for the night?

Many things he does annoy me, but it's amazing how poorly he judges how well balls to the outfield are hit.

very possibly, they said Brantley was scratched w/ illness. I think they only had 4 outfielders plus Valbuena on the roster

Wish he would have let Masterson finish the 8th. You know what you got with him. What if Sipp comes in and can't find the strike zone? All he gave up this inning was a lazy infield dribbler that was a garbage hit.
