I assume FOX just switched from the Sky Sports announcing feed to the ITV one.

This is total domination. If Chelsea wins, they will have escaped 3 of the mist lopsided games Ive seen at this stage. Both legs versus Barcelona were completely 1 sided, and then today.

He can tell the ref he sees a foul, and the head ref can agree with him or ignore him. I saw him make the call for a penalty that was awarded a few weeks ago.
