I would say this is big for Ghana but I'm pretty sure they won the 21U World Cup before and it didnt really translate to the senior level.
Ghana has definitely stepped up as
THE Africa nation though. Not sure what type of resources they have over the other African nations.

That's annoying because as a whole the Ghanian football federation are a bunch of pussies. I fucking hate them. THey dive worse than the Italians.

Yeah, the Nigerian youth teams (u17 and u20) tore up for a few years from about 05-09, but they haven't done anything on the senior level either.like_that;1469136 wrote:I would say this is big for Ghana but I'm pretty sure they won the 21U World Cup before and it didnt really translate to the senior level
I would say Iraq in the semis is more surprising than Ghana.

Barca will be selling him and if the Villa/Thiago for Rooney deal doesnt happen, Spurs could nab him.
Also, I cannot believe Barca is trying to unload Thiago. Dude should be playing in 75% of the games this coming year with Xavi on the decline.

I almost posted it just to piss you off. But the jist of it is Lewondowski is going to leave for Bayern next summer bc Kopp is pissed at Bayern for not making a formal bid. Jozy finished medical at Sunderland all went well, Some guy from Norwich switched to Wigan, and Abidal joined Monaco.Laley23;1469436 wrote:Thanks and no. I'm disappointed that Jozy is at Sunderland. With his "breakout" season at AZ, Sunderland is a lackluster EPL club to go to...for me. But, I've been saying it since he's been doing what he's been doing it with AZ -- it's a scorer's league. He'll go to a mid-league club before he can land with another bigger club. I just hope he can continue producing for the USMNT.
As for most of the other international transfers, I'm mostly out of the picture with them. I try to keep up with MLS transfers and whoever my Red Devils pick up. Too much shuffling for me to keep up with. Especially with this hectic summer of moving around and new job and such.
