We are much better than ND. We played for our conference championship. A common opponent, BC: ND- 20 BC- 16 Clem-25 BC-7 (held them to under 100 yards of total offense, including 29 passing yards. BC had -6 yards on offense in the first half).
Spiller deserved to go and everyone knows it. ESPN had to have their golden boy (Tebow) there, for whatever reason, because he doesn't deserve to be based on this year.

Yeah, comparing scores is an extremely effective way to do things. Lets try:ohiotiger33 wrote: We are much better than ND. We played for our conference championship. ND beat Purdue, Purde beat OSU, Obviously ND would beat OSU (see how ridiculous that sounds).
Oh eveb better ND beat MSU, MSU beat UM. ND would definitly beat UM then, oh shit.... It went the other way.
Congrats you played for the ACC title game, You play in the freaking ACC atlantic divison, no one was good, but someone had to play for the title game. You're really going to brag when it came down to Clemson, BC, Wake Forest, NC State, and Maryland. Thats somethign to hang your hat on though. You were 8-5.

5 points from the BCS. Beat a top 10 team (at the time, which is when they should be counted) on the road. I am sorry, but 8-5 is worlds better than 6-6. Say what you will about the ACC, but it is stronger than you and ESPN would like to admit. GT is a good football team, as is Miami and VT. Wake beat Stanford, and NC State beat Pitt as well, so our side of the conference was not as painfully bad as you make it out to be. I have nothing against ND, but I am pretty sure 8-5 beats 6-6 every day.

Hell if that counts as a top 10 win, Charlie had a couple quality wins his first year. There are definitly some quality teams in the ACC, problem is they are all in the coastal division, not the atlantic. % points or 50 pints away from being in the BCS, you're still out.ohiotiger33 wrote: 5 points from the BCS. Hell ND is 8 points away from being 9-3, but at the end of the day they're still 6-6.

Question. What percentage of votes do you have to have in order to actually be invited to NYC? Looking at the latest projections, I'm wondering why Tebow was even invited. The other four guys are still in contention, but Tebow is clearly out of it.

Gerhart should win without question, but I just have a feeling that Ingram will win it just because Bama was undefeated and rolled over Florida.

If I had a vote it would go as follows:
1. Suh
2. Gerhart
3. Ingram
4. Spiller
5. McCoy
1. Suh

3. Ingram
4. Spiller
5. McCoy

^^I'd go with those 5 as well.
Tough year to be a Heisman voter. All those guys are deserving, with no one really separating himself during the season. Gerhart ending his season a week earlier than everyone else may hurt his chances.

^^That's awesome. From one Heisman candidate to another.
