Big Big Upsets in Week 1 Oklahoma, Ohio State, Oregon all go down. Must not be a good week for schools that start with the letter "O".

Great game last night in the Autzen Zoo. The Irish shellshocked the Ducks, jumping out to a 17 point lead after ND fumbled after getting blasted fielding a punt and a pair of INTs.

But Oregon would answer. A scoring drive, followed by a punt by ND. Then Oregon punted, the Irish return man didn't signal for a fair catch. He fumbled and it was taken to the house. The ensuing kickoff was fumbled by Notre Dame also and Ducks would cash that in and make it 17-17.

But with a minute to play in the half, Cierre Wood busted a 54 yard run to put ND up 24-17. Oregon would answer with FG as time expired. 24-20 Half.

Ducks got the ball and drove for a FG to pull within 1. Nobody would score agian until the 4th, when Cierre Wood would again find the endzone and put the Irish up by 8. Oregon would cash in a do or die drive with time dwindling to pull within 2. Darren Thomas attempted to scramble and was stood up at the 1 yard line by 2 Irish defenders falling just shy of sending the game to overtime.

It was a great game. 31-29 Notre Dame.

Week 2!

Bucks vs Hammerthrower is the only user vs user game. A lot of byes this week. I will push tonight at 11.

Wow. A must win for the Ducks. 0-2 is a deep hole. Rough schedule to start the season.

Notre Dame had to rally from 7 down with 1:10 left to force OT at Cal. The Irish converted a 4th and 10 with 40 seconds left that would have ended the game. They scored first in OT then forced a pick to seal the win.

Ugliest game ever.

Hey guys. I am running an NFL 19 point pool this season. Have some spots left if anyone is interested. Heres how it works:

1. You are assigned a team at random.
2. If your team ends their game with 19 points, you win the pot for that week.
3. If no team scores 19 points in a given week, the money carries over until a team scores 19.
4. Cost is $85 for the season. $5 per week *17 Regular Season weeks.
5. The pot will be 160 ($5/week*32 teams) per week, with a one week carryover being 320, 2 week carryover 480 and so on.
6. In the event 2 teams score 19 in the same week, the prize for that week will be split. (Very rare)

Basically, if you win one week you double your money. Just another fun way to enjoy the NFL season.

If you want in, let me know and we can figure out a way to get your money to me. (Check or Paypal).

I have collected 7 peoples money so far. Another 10 or so are in for sure. Then there is the group of people who say they are in but don't pay and you ask them about it and they never have it on them. So there is plenty of room for whoever you got.

I think that is impossible. It happened like 8 or 9 times last year.

As for the dynasty, Jeff had a death in the family so we weren't able to play yesterday. He said he wants to play tonight so hopefully we can get the game in and get on to next week.
