[SP]Yes he did. Had Huele (sp?) take the cigarette off Jesse at Saul's office. He knew Jesse would eventually put it together and come after him. He isn't careless enough to leave the gun there if he didn't mean to. It very well may not have even been loaded. He knew that he could convince Jesse that Gus was the only one who could or would do this to a kid.

That's also why Gus didn't go back to his car. When Jesse said that the kid had been poisoned he knew Walt had to be up to something and could possibly be around to try to hurt him. (Because who the fuck else would poison Brock?)
