I don't like to fault players for making effort, but you have to let that drop. If it drops, only 1 run scores. Instead it deflects all the way to the infield almost.

Heisey tried to dive and catch a bloop by Damon. Deflected all the way back to the infield basically and 2 runs scored.

Yes, it was. But it also took a chest high hop, and he didnt have to move an inch. Ive seen balls hit that hard to 3rd and ruled a hit.
