Big win for my Bears to get to 5-3.
Philly on the brink at 3-5.

What are the chances Philly doesn't make the playoffs? Will have to go at least 6-2 down the stretch to have any shot, but that probably wont be enough.

They're gonna have to win @ the Giants in 2 weeks to have much of a shot.chicago510;962858 wrote:Philly on the brink at 3-5.
Giants have a brutal second-half schedule. Road games @ San Fran, NO, Dallas, and the Jets. Home with Packers, Dallas, Eagles, and Washington. Gotta be the toughest in the NFL.

I don't think they will make the playoffs.

Eagles will not make the playoffs and you can take that to the bank!

In the NFC you'll have to win 10 games to get into the playoffs this year ... and the Eagles are fucked because they've now lost head-to-head to both the Bears and the Falcons, both 5-3, both shooting for that last wild card seed at this point. Basically the Eagles will have to play flawlessly and hope both Chicago and Atlanta (and Detroit, potentially) falter down the stretch if they want any chance at the postseason.

Haha I was just answering terry_tate's question. But I didn't like their chances at the beginning of the season anyway.like_that;963105 wrote:Going out on a limb there.

Seriously? His numbers were average last night. Barely over 50% completion and only 200 yards....he's not elite.karen lotz;962847 wrote:Jay Cutler is the truth.

Hmmm Michael Vick and the Eagles have the same record as Tim Tebow and the Broncos. I wonder what Tebow could do with the talent Vick has around him. /jest... in case like_that gets upset.

Packers go 16-0 in the regular season?
Can they repeat?
Man, I'd love that. I'd be tailgating the Super Bowl if this happens. GO PACK GO!!!

Do the Packers play @ Detroit on Thanksgiving? If so....tough game. At Detroit will be tough regardless I suspect.

It will be a tough game. I'd love to go to the game, but it'll be my first Thanksgiving with my family in 3 years. So, I am excited to be back with the family on the holiday.
I'll be tuned into the game though!

Detroit got pwned at home 2 weeks in a row. Since their hot start they've been coming back to earth, I'd expect the Packers to roll them.

+1. I also wouldn't be shocked if it was similar to the packs game last week against the chargers.Commander of Awesome;966189 wrote:Detroit got pwned at home 2 weeks in a row. Since their hot start they've been coming back to earth, I'd expect the Packers to roll them.

Can't even think about 16-0 right now. Not with that defense. To be honest, I think the defensive woes have been somewhat of a blessing in disguise though. Gives the team something to get pissed about, something to strive to improve, and keeps them level headed. I do think the Pack will finish something like 14-2, or maybe 15-1:
vs Minnesota
vs Tampa Bay
@ Detroit
@ NY Giants
vs Oakland
@ Kansas City
vs Chicago
vs Detroit
The two game stretch of @Lions/@Giants will be the toughest of the season for the Packers. I guess it's somewhat lucky that they get additional prep time before going to NY though (and the Giants will be coming off a Monday night game).

I think they will lose 1 or 2 games. It may even be to teams that you wouldn't think they would lose to.

Carson Palmer has looked great so far tonight. Raiders up 17-3 in San Diego under the 2 minute warning.
