See, this is why I want Tebow to play. Someone will be right, someone will be wrong, we won't have to point to unrelated stats to prove anything.

Yeah cuz Orton's responsible for their bottom 5 defense...nevermind his 58% completion rating and 20 TDs and 9 INTsSkyhook79;922178 wrote:Is Phillip rivers 6-20 in his last 26 games?

Yeah he will prove excellent depth for the Ravens and hes probably more of a backup type guy. Idk who the Ravens have returning kicks so its a possibility haha.bigdaddy2003;922070 wrote:Yeah, I see that he has been with the Cowboys twice and now he is on his second stint in Baltimore. I didn't even know they signed him last year. They cut him after a game. The Ravens' CBs have been playing decent so far so I assume it just for depth. Maybe he will return kicks.

It's bad for someone who has played as long as him. 58% for a rookie would be OK.karen lotz;922193 wrote:58% is good?

Life is BAD in Miami when Jake Delhomme turns you down to play QB.

Life has been bad down there lol, I'd rather have Matt Moore anyway since Henne is out.BR1986FB;923640 wrote:Life is BAD in Miami when Jake Delhomme turns you down to play QB.

I'd agree. If you're a team that's going nowhere this year, it's better to play a younger guy who may potentially have a future to see where he fits in the plans than an old retread, especially one who sucks now and just needs to retire.robj55;923698 wrote:Life has been bad down there lol, I'd rather have Matt Moore anyway since Henne is out.

That was one of the guys competing for the Vikings job a couple years ago before THE FAVRE took his talents to Minnesota, wasn't it?

HEY! Maybe this is the break Troy Smith needs to improve his status from benchwarmer in some nothing league to becoming the NFL starter that at least one person believes he should be!BR1986FB;923731 wrote:David Garrard turned down the Fins too.

No wonder they seemingly were interested in Delhomme. They don't want a guy in there who will accidentally win them games.BR1986FB;923751 wrote:I heard that's EXACTLY what they're doing.

I've seen enough of Henne, he wasn't horrible before the injury but he is never going to be a winner, too many mistakes in key situations and awful execution on the red zone. Brandon Marshall should have about 6 td's already this year but has 1 due to bad throws.BR1986FB;923751 wrote:I heard that's EXACTLY what they're doing.

You GREATLY overestimate the power of Jake Delhomme. If a team gets beat by him it's no 'accident'...it's a fucking catastrophe!Heretic;923755 wrote:No wonder they seemingly were interested in Delhomme. They don't want a guy in there who will accidentally win them games.
