The clock automatically goes down 10 seconds if a replay is reviewed with under 2 minutes to go if the clock is supposed to be running? Did I hear that right? Doesn't make any sense.

Does seem like it penalizes the offense just because the refs need to use the replay.

That's what I was thinking. The refs go conservative on replays now since they have them, but they're going to penalize the offense just because a play is close. That's about the dumbest thing I've heard if true.

that's bull, they should have had 1st and goal instead of 3rd. He wasn't out of the pocket.
