Most frustrating thing is to fight back to tie and watch the pitcher give it right back.

Yes if it's tied, when he posted that it was in reference to the Rockies finishing the top of 8th, the score was 3-1.

No, if the home team has taken the lead and the game is called in the bottom of an inning it's official.
