The thing is, Chisenhall is only hitting around .250

Kipnis is close to.300 though and he has some good pop as well.

Ive stopped looking at AAA numbers with certain guys. Longoria was horrendous at AAA after he was sent down after spring training. Sometimes they are just trying way to hard to get back up. We know what Lonnie has potential wise. It would be a little different if the average was under .200

And that play right there is another reason there isn't any hurry to bring up Chisenhall. It doesn't get any better than that!

I was just getting ready to post something similar. Not an excuse, but I'm sure Lonnie was a little upset not to be on the MLB roster coming out of spring training. He knows he is going to get his shot with the big club since there is no one ahead of him to block his progression, so he is almost in waiting mode right now.

What a play by Jack. Its a damn shame he cant hit, cause he is in serious contention for the GG right now.

+1

He has been the best 3rd baseman in a Tribe uni in quite some time.

No kidding. I had to laugh in general at him being "overrated" at all.

100 pitches for CC. Does he come out for the 8th? I say yes, but I doubt Manny does.

He swung at a ball in the dirt for strike 2 then watches a meaty pitch go right down the middle.

This offense is still terrible. I'll be VERY surprised if 1 run holds up.

Regarding Carrasco though, you can see why so many people were high on him. His stuff is filthy and when he commands it he can become lights out.

As for the line up changes, this is why Acta made them. 2 on now for Druby.

This offense is seriously pathetic. Weak grounders, strike outs, or weak fly balls is all I have seen the last couple of weeks with RISP.

Robertson made a good pitch to get AC. He probably should have swung at the pitch before it.
