Interesting read...not sure how this response makes Maher look any less stupid though.

However, it did further illustrate the point that 99% of the time Pubs muster what little dignity they have left and honor the office by resigning. Perhaps these articles should be required reading by the Democrat caucus from this point forward.

Unless the party steps up and forces Weiner to do the right thing, he'll stay defiant and remain in office.

And like the good little sheep they tend to be...liberal Dems in his district will re-elect him.

Seriously, why do guys think women will be impressed if they send photos of their junk?

Or is it that these guys are so wrapped up in themselves that they are the ones getting off on sending the photos?

A psychiatrist could have a field day with this.

Not surprised Weiner is fighting this and says he won't resign. His good friend, William Jefferson Clinton, did the wild thing on the Great Seal with a gal half his age - all this on taxpayer's time and held on to his job. Knowing this, why should we expect Weiner to throw in the towel?

I don't know man. It's not just egotistical politicians and sports stars though. Go on Craigslist Casual Encounters some time and it's nothing but Dude's showing off their johnson's, as if their wang is so mesmerizing above all the other wangs that the girl (or tranny?) reading the add will feel compelled to respond by her sheer desire created by his johnson. Here I just hope women will accommodate my sex organs.

See I dunno. Everyone says to me, "boatshoes don't you want to hold elected officials to a higher standard?" But I mean, what standard? The list goes on for days about things I should be much more concerned with. I mean Ted Kennedy essentially killed a woman! Even if you want to argue his personal life has nothing to do with being an elected official, how do you defend the lying? Same thing with Clinton; and of course that's what ended up getting him impeached.

I'm not a conservative who gives a damn what people do in the privacy of their homes, but this wasn't private, and character DOES mean something to me when I go to vote for someone.

I think the whole argument that it's his private business is just a cop out. People don't want to take a moral stand these days.

If there is something to be found out, believe me, it will get found out in this era of 24/7 information. Oh, I wasn't wrong. I said in my first post on this thread that he seemed guilty to me. I just didn't back it up by saying he was "100% guilty by the way he talks and acts". Hell, you should take that talent you have and make some serious money with it.
