I'm happy that Bowling Green has a Bowl Game for Freddie. It's a little ironic that the opponent is Idaho. A few summers ago my wife and I took a trip to Lewiston, Idaho to be re-united with my cousin Pam who I had gone to high school with on the West Coast and had not seen in over 40 years. BG has played Boise State (with not very much success) early in the last few seasons and now the Falcons will end their season against the Vandals. Come on, Mulva, this BG-Idaho game has great potential. It can be billed as the battle between the Potato kings and the Tomato Kings. I do hope though, that there aren't too many shots panning the crowd. It will look like the turnout for a 97 year old homeless man's funeral. But hey....football is football..right?
