Although I've butted heads with LJ, I can't really pick one of these guys as the "worst moderator." TB & Wildcats are cool and Fab1b has that sweet ass beard so I can't really choose one as "worst."

It means you need to do something big to get attention. When SQ returns June 16, make it your goal to harass and abuse mod powers on him regularly. That'll do it!

That would definitely help make a name for himself. I agree that this would be the best route to take. Harass SQ early & often. It won't take much to make him cry & take his ball and go home.
