I hope she gets the death penalty, but I highly doubt it.

Sexual abuse, physical abuse or not. I could care less what happened to her. That thing killed a helpless child, disposed of the body like a piece of trash, and then went on with her pathetic life partying it up like nothing happened.

Yeah, the kid cramped her style and instead of say, "Mom, Dad - I just want to be a party bitch. Can you please raise my kid?" she decided it was a lot easier to just kill her, stuff her in a trash bag and dump her in the sticks somewhere. This is a case where I curse the "cruel and unusual punishment" phrase - she should be tarred, feathered, burned, and whatever other evil forms of punishments can be thought of.

There was a show, The Practice, from a few years ago. One of their early signature episodes they used a tactic called "Plan B" where they unwillingly placed blame directly on a family member knowing it was not the truth, and they rerefenced using "Plan B" throughout the series.

Sounds like this is what is happening here.
