It hasn't looked like Wade's team during these playoffs. Lebron is the guy closing games and guarding the other teams best player at the end of games.

You don't watch that much do you? You've already admitted it before. So how would you even know?

Though its interesting how quickly his numbers fell back to his career stats after going from the D'Antoni offense to the Nuggets (ppg dropped from 17 to 11.5, assists from 9 to 6.5). Guy is still a role player imo. We will see if he is in the "conversation" now that he isn't playing on an offense designed to inflate stats.
Thats because the Nuggets had Ty Lawson who was the starter and familiar with the offense and Felton came off the bench and played 7 minutes less per game. Felton actually shot the ball better in Denver than he did in NY.

I can see both sides of the argument. Lebron made a comment a couple days ago about his current teammates and his teammates in Cleveland. He said that he's enjoying this because he doesnt have to be "the guy" the majority of the time. He can pass it Wade or Bosh and "get out of the way".

Do you think MJ, Bird or Magic would ever make a comment like that? I think thats the point that BR is trying to make. I dont think a true "leader" would do or say that

What was Denver thinking, benching an all-star?!?!?

Those guys always had other guys to pass the ball to to make plays. So they wouldn't have known what it was like to play without another quality player. And a leader always gives credit where credit is due.

And none of those true leaders (MJ, Bird or Magic) would leave their city to go join forces with other megastars. They had more "fight" in them than that.

None of them ever had to, they had other superstars surrounding them where they were at.

Yeah, that were mostly drafted or acquired through trades. You would have never seen Jordan call Bird and say "hey, let's go form a AAU team in Detroit with Zeke."

Playing in fucking Cleveland does not compare to Boston, Chicago, or LA. Those dumbass comparisons need to die.

I find this whole thing hilarious. Cleveland fans first put LeBron on this ridiculous pedestal...comparing him to some of the greats. Now he broke their heart and they are tearing him down immediately. I find the comments knocking his game especially comical.

This is the last I'll say about it regarding LBJ and Cleveland. Do yourselves and everyone else a favor....move the fuck on already. And Mods...seriously sticky that LeBron thread. It will be good for many laughs.

You might want to check my posting history before you make those comments. I was very critical of his lack of being "clutch" and his piss poor free throw shooting in key situations WHEN he was WITH the Cavs. Sorry I'm not like you and the other "nutsackers' swallowing the load and caressing the the balls.

Never have thought he was a leader. Guy made a habit of not getting up in his teammates faces because he didn't want to "rock the boat." Not denying he's a GREAT player but for you blinded by said "greatness", his game has plenty of flaws too.

These comments make me laugh. Anytime a Cavs fan makes a comment about Lebron its because they are "butthurt" or "need to move on". Arent we allowed to hate the guy? Gimme a break. I hate the SEC, does that mean I'm a bitter OSU fan because of our record vs that conference in bowl games?

Do yourself a favor and quit worrying about Cleveland fans. What a damn joke

No shit. Like a Steeler fan who has had their last two championships handed to them is going to know anything about Cleveland's losing, pain & suffering. Fan's of other teams REALLY don't have a valid viewpoint in this unless they've experienced it.

Of course you are allowed to hate him and I get it. But do you not agree that it leads to a lot of blind retarded comments? It doesn't need to be brought up in every thread. I've heard these same arguments for the last year.

I don't like the SEC or Terrell Pryor, but I don't bring it up in every college football thread.

Ok so now you're playing the "woe is me" card. Hahahaha.....wow.

"Ohhhh the pain of being a Cleveland fan." Its sports, and a fucking game...maybe you should step back for a second and think about that.

Ok as for the topic. When are we going to hear from Kobe? From what I've read he was on board, then off? Now on? Whats the deal?

Perhaps a poor choice of words with "pain & suffering." The point was until you've walked a mile in the Cleveland fans shoes you REALLY can't say what they "should or shouldn't" feel for Lebron James.

I agree that it leads to alot of retarded comments. Thats how it goes with sports fans. I went to a Packers game last year, you should hear how some of those people talk about Brett Favre. Its very similar to how Cleveland fans talk about Lebron. This isnt a "Cleveland thing" it can happen in any city.

If anything we're not blind to LBJ and his shitty ways. It was brought up because its Mike Brown (LBJ's coach for many yrs in Cleveland BTW). Not surprised you failed to make the connection and continued to act like your trollish self. You say you want to move on but then add fuel to the fire. Nice hypocrite fail. Do us a favor and stfu Clay. Go back to selling food or whatever your pathetic job is.

WTF does the city have to do with it? LeBron would have left any other city if it was the same team.

No, the card he is playing is, if you are a bandwagon piece of shit, and have no idea what you are talking about, then you probably should stfu about the matter.

QFT. He's a mets fan to "fit in" lol if that tells you anything BR. He thinks being a bandwagon Mets fan makes him cool/different in NYC. SMH.

I think that your hatred of Cleveland makes you do the same thing. In the Cavs offseason thread you were the first person to post something negative avout the Cavs when referring to D Williams. Just sayin
I'd say how they are both rather physical and can attack the basket and both well rounded players....as stated Williams is a better shooter.

I think he will be a star in the league if he finds the right team. Sorry Cleveland....thats not the place.

I have no doubt of his hatred for Cleveland. Let him talk. We all have opinions here. But I do find the Steelers/Mets combination to be comical.

lol the personal attacks repetitive acts by our favorite OC family....right on cue! CoA....stop stalking me. Its weird.

Contrary to most of your beliefs...I don't hate Cleveland, just the majority of the fans. I was pulling for them the last few years. I respect the their dedication and was hoping FINALLY would get a title.

Sorry Cleveland isn't a very desirable market or city to play in. If you can't see that then no reason to explain it any further.
