That said,

I had

at SmokeHouse Grille and it was awesome.

Yes, my friend is goofy looking. Yes he is doing the Justin "just got done giving a blowjob" double thumbs up.

having my favorite "lean and green" meal for dinner tonight. grilled chicken breast over spinach and romaine salad.

side note, i'm down almost 50 lbs. my goal was 80 by september. shouldn't be too hard.
