Who said? I have seen this mentioned quite a few times

Have you ever seen Anderson Varejoa play a game of basketball?
hoops23;782737 wrote:Are we the same person? Because this is exactly the same scenario with me... I just won 50 bucks a piece from two Bulls fans that trolled the Cavs last year and blew off the Heat this year.
I continued to tell them that it was the Chicago Cavaliers this season.

I think Pick6 was one of them, right?Good call to all of those who predicted that the series was over after game 1
haha probably won't hear from any of those posters tonight.

Asik is better defensively, more energy, better rotations and a better rebounder, Z was old
Brewer is better than moon, not sure where you get that, better rebounder, better defensively and off the dribble, even shooting
I'm not saying he's THAT much better, he's just better, more impact on the game and more skilled, no knock on Andersonhoops23;782762 wrote:Yeah, ok..
Andy made the Cavs as good as they were along with LeBron. When Andy was out for whatever reason, the Cavs were not the same team, defensively or in terms of bringing energy/hustle...
Andy was a key cog to those teams.

you honestly believe he did all he could do to make his teammates better? He has a way to go still. I'm not a stat guy, I look at impact on the game and make decisions with my own eyesHb31187;782765 wrote:Ok then not Z...Hickson(who LBJ also had) is better than Asik without question.
Moon the year LBJ took em to the best record int he league had just as many rebounds and assists while shooting the same % from the field almost. And better from 3.
LBJ had some talent, as did Rose and they both took them to the best record in the league and made them better. You can be a combo guard and still make everyone around you better
KR1245;782769 wrote:I dont know. I'm asking. You have mentioned this a couple times, I'm curious as to who said this series was over after 1 game?
You said "those" so I'm assuming that there were a few.
Hb31187;782772 wrote:He took them to the best record int he league without 2 all star big men playing big chunks of the season.
Why do you think LBJ is amazing for doing that with a similar team, but think Rose has a way to go?
Not very efficient.Ernie Johnson just did the math: Derrick Rose scored 117 points in this series on 120 FGA.
robj55;782776 wrote:watch them play, is all I have to say, Lebron makes the right plays, decsions. Rose is a score first ball hog who doesn't make his teammates better, Chicago got the best record by playing unbelievable defense ALL season, Cavs did something similar last year and when it got to the playoffs their flaws showed just like the bulls and roses
jordo212000;782774 wrote:Hey BR1986, is Lebron still not a "winner"?
karen lotz;782786 wrote:Thibs and Rose both alluding to "fouls" in their post game press conferences. Classy.

karen lotz;782791 wrote:They had a 12 point lead with 3 minutes to go at home. Was there a foul on that last turnover by Rose?
Hb31187;782785 wrote:He doesnt make his teamates better? So with Watson playing they would of made the playoffs as a 1 seed? Since his supporting cast is obviously made no better by Rose's presence?
And if Rose is such a ballhog, then why did he average less shots this year per game then LBJ did during each of the years he took them to the best record in the NBA. You dont have to be a pass first PG to make your team better and lead them to championships. Ask Tony Parker, Chauncey Billups and Derek Fisher
