I'm still waiting for him to go after Ken Niumatololo, who he also couldn't beat on the field.

Or Dave Wannstedt.
Or Randy Edsall.
Or Jim Harbaugh.
Or Jeff Jagodzinski.
Or Greg Robinson.
Except Weis beat Niumatololo, and Wannstedt, and Harbaugh, and Robinson.

Good job though. You got 2 out of 6

Ok, so it wasn't 100. It was 5....and none of the other 4 published that quote.

How do you know? That doesn't matter anyways. IF Carrol is doing this, which is a big IF, it's still not Weis' place to say a word about it. Sounds like someone is mad they are unemployed.

Weis NEVER beat Pete Carroll on the field. But he did beat Niumatolo, Wannstedt, Robinson and Harbaugh before....just not this season.

It does appear to be a dick move by Weis but once you get past that the question that you should probably ask yourself is......what is Pete Carroll doing living with a grad student (if this is indeed true)?

Anyways, what Weis does now is his own problem.

No one ever said if the grad student was male or female. Just joking of course

No way will ESPN say much or anything about this because Barkley and Carroll will be all over their college football shows come next year and they will be sucking up to them big time so no way does ESPN shine a bad light on anything involved with USC.

Unlike trolls like you, I rarely post on other teams threads, and when I do, I don't start bashing and flaming. Again, this story has nothing to do with me and the University, and if you were smart enough to read my post, I clearly said that Weis is in the wrong for mentioning it.

I hope the media rips Weis of for this. We heard all about Lane Kiffin accusing Meyer of violations, and it seemed like the end of the world.. and that was FOOTBALL related!

No one at ESPN will say a word about it, and they shouldn't. You can point the finger at the guy who published the comment but that misses the point. Weis should have kept is mouth shut. But he is a child who doesn't understand that the world isn't perfect and that double standards are a fact of life.

Good point. Weis ALWAYS told the media that his family was 100% off limits.

Can there be an excuse for EVER losing to a team coached by Edsall, Jagodzinski, Wannstedt, or especially Robinson?

BTW, this is old news, not saying Weis is right for bringing it up, especially after being canned by ND but it is what it is.
Old news?! LOL

This is in retaliation of Carrol accusing Weis of eating a grad student on campus.

Dont see the issue?
I think the issue some are having is that Pete is married.

First off, we don't know if this is even true. Second, if it is, it isn't any of our business. It has nothing to do with football.

Charlie Weis has been fired by Notre Dame, so this thread is NOT about Notre Dame. Instead, it is about Charlie Weis and his arrogant attitude.

He started off at Notre Dame by talking about how easy it would be for him to coach in college football, and going on about his ability to recruit players because of his great offensive mind and his Super Bowl rings from the NFL. Well, with the exception of one season in which ND made it to a BCS Bowl and lost to OSU, he fared no better than Willingham at ND. In fact, he may have been worse considering ND last to Navy 2 times, including consecutive losses at home.

All the fat jokes about Weis have really bothered me, as I do not see that as having anything to do with his coaching ability, and think that stuff totally crossed the line. But, here we have an example of Weis leaving college football the same way he entered. Running his mouth about a coach at school which he could not beat. This is about Charlie Weis and his arrogant attitude, and has NOTHING to do with Notre Dame.

You're right because only Catholics think cheating on your wife isn't cool.

Actually Weis went to two BCS bowls, losing both of them.

Funny.....the majority of people who who voted on here on the thread about Tiger Woods and his situation voted for "That is the price you pay for fame and fortune so yeah it is everybody's business." In fact, you posted on that thread that asked if it was anybody else's business and you said "yea it is." If you take away how we found out about each of them........how is this much different from Tiger? His extramarital affairs have NOTHING to do with golf, right?

If it was suppose to be off the record, then he was just gossiping you all do. He isn't all that different from us.
I mean how many of you have discussed someone elses personal life to someone else and blah blah.

Whoa, come on Killer Ewok, if you are going to quote me, quote the whole post that I wrote. I made a joke in saying:
dwccrew wrote:Yea it is. I could be that guy she gets even with Tiger with. She's hot!
Do I really think it is our business, no. I think I made it pretty clear that I was joking on the thread. You're better than that man, please.

Again, this affair (if true) is none of our business, it pertains to nothing about college football.

I'm sure none of us have ever made it public knowledge to the media.
