Yeah but who actually said that that's likely to you know, actually be able to confirm it? I have a feeling that's one of those things that one of their "informants" or "insiders" just said but really had no actual data about. Could be wrong though.

That was a pretty good assessment. You hear those CNN types say how much the compound cost and then you see the pictures... the numbers just don't add up

Again it says "reported to be worth $1 million" but no one says where the fuck they got that number from.

Tried to pull up the Abbottabad Auditors website to check property values, but no luck.

Dude inherited like $300 million from his father. He coulda been living the high life but decided to be an asshole instead. I hope his mansion had terrible water pressure.

The reporters that have been commenting on the Osama compound and their observation have shit for brains.
My first impression is 1 million compound WTF? Who the hell is the real estate agent in that area Yosemity Sam? Someone ReMax agent took this bastard for all they could get. Case in point: the 15 foot walls aren’t even white washed, plaster falling off and the string of electric wire is a classic non-union jury rig method of wiring. So there is barb wire on top of the wall … 1 million buck no video camera? My house has motion sensor and pressure pads. Where’s the yard crew no mulch, flower or shrubs… any good terrorist knows that a thorn bush or jagged rose along the wall is a good first obstacle of engagement. That satellite dish as big as a Pinto out the living room window blocking the view of dirt covered side trash burning area who the hell idea was that? What no fire pit for that 1 million price tag. Hey! Reporters take note wiring on the wall, (that not left over Christmas lights), satellite dish, computers and that big ass 15 foot high light pole should tell you that this place has electric and internet. No pool (what goats don’t drink water), hot tub, no hoop or patio furniture …classless mofo. The place could have a coat of paint but that would require micro management skills.
Let move in side of the 1 million dollar crib. Ok the Persian/Pakistan rugs are nice but that to be expected. With a little window trim would be nice. With bedding like that dude you should be shot. Could have invested in a Sealy mattress .. (you did in a way). One bed had 2 inch bedding foam (not even memory foam (cheap ass). No sheets, pillows or tiger cover bed covers.
Not goat or camel hide couch or wing back chairs, stero system or big screen TV … what the hell you have that fucking dish out side.
No built in closets where the hell did you think you could hide without closets? For a 1 million buck you got no closet space.
The kitchen … I don’t even what to go there … one copper pot and goat patties

Million dollar my ass…

I think most of the cost went to a solid gold ferguson and an elevator that went directly to hell.

At least he didn't go overboard and say he hoped the roof leaked in multiple rooms or something like that.

Belly, you crack me up! I especially got a kick out of "the wiring was a non-union jury rig method"! And here I thought you were a union hater! ;-)

Obviously what they appraised it at. Their government are as big of assholes as ours...anyone ever try to sell their house for the tax appraised value? Osama got lucky. He doesn't have to worry about how fucked he got by the tax man come resale time

Sorry, I seem to have a knack for making a comment and then the thread shuts down! ;-)

But I just wanted to add one more thing. The title of the thread "Osama Place"............that in and of itself is hilarious to me! It sounded like the name of a new TV show to BRF. Then when I clicked in (and only because Belly started it, because I knew that would be some good stuff), I was pleasantly surprised to read his analysis of Bin Laden's place. It was exactly like BRF thought. A fricking dump.

I love it.
