Not sure if its in that story or not but I saw a tweet about it. Apparently he asked a police officer for directions to his own house, and then when he got in his car and drove off they pulled him over? LOL.

You're not serious right? You know .201 is a % and that's 20/100's of a % so it's less than 1/100th of his bloodstream. 201/100000's of his bloodstream was alcohol.

I was just repeating what the link said.
Then came the big shocker, courtesy of the breathalyzer. According to the report, Choo's blood-alcohol content was .201, well over twice the legal limit in the state of Ohio.
For those of you who are unsure what that means, it means that just over one-fifth of Choo's bloodstream was alcohol at that point.
If it's wrong.....shame on me for trusting the person who wrote the story.

Not that big of a deal, imo.. Shit happens, and he's not the only one to do it...

Sounds like he just had a bit more than he should have and he's paying the consequence.

Heard today that he's already pleaded guilty and paid his own bail.
