This is just a great TEAM with no superstars. Just a bunch of guys who love the game of baseball and play well together!

Acta doesn't have to worry about ego's which makes it so much more easier on him as a manager as well.

The nice thing is that this team believes it can win every game up until the final out.

The Indians
Stat of the day: The Indians are the 23rd team in the wild-card era to start a season by going 19-8 or better, and the fifth to do it in the AL Central. Of the previous 22, 15 made the playoffs

Not to pat myself on the back, but remember I said at the beginning that this team could compete in the Central this year :)

Weird play to end the inning, Grady would have scored from second if Carlos could have beat that out. Suzuki is so athletic. He has made some great plays tonight.

We are seeing a youth movement here in Cleveland Sports......young players and young fans believing they can win!

The past is the past and we all need to move forward and believe we can win...just like this young Indians team!

Suzuki is definitely one of the more agile catchers. Great arm too.

With all this said, this Tribe team reminds me so much of the '07 team. Anybody in the lineup can kill you, solid bullpen and the rotation is looking very good. However, the comebacks are starting to give me a '95 vibe lol.

Perez trimmed the beard way down. Promptly blows away the first batter.

Chris Perez seems to be getting a little extra juice on his fastball.. He's usually 92/93... Getting up to 95 tonight.

Also, our +50 run differential is just RIDICULOUS.

Next closest team is St. Louis with a +38, followed by the Yanks with a +37...

The biggest question mark was the pitching...everything from the starters to the relievers. They have been amazing. Everyone thought they would score runs...it was stopping the other team that was the concern.
