Not failing multiple drug tests, but they do have players suspended for breaking some type of rule/law. It happens everywhere, sans maybe the military academies

If you smoke some herb, skip a class, get into a scuffle with some punks on campus, you will likely be made an example of. I'm not saying it isn't deserved. I'm sure it is. But most would consider Tressel's self imposed punishment light, so I find it ironic.

Mike Adams failed at least 2 drug tests and missed a game for each. That's why I think it would be more severe.

If you can't judge character after talking with high school coaches, teachers, parents, and the athlete himself, then you're a bad coach.

Being recruited by every major program is somewhat irrelevant. I understand the "rather be playing with them than against them," and that is in my opinion the position most Ohio State fans have taken lately, but it's just wrong. Let Texas and Oklahoma be the schools with 39% graduation rates because they are filled to the brim with thugs. Ohio State deserves players with more character.

Also, I'm 100% for the legalization of marijuana, and am only saddened by the fact that he's done this three times now. Florida (SEC) just kicked their best player off the team for it, yet we don't?
