It would look sweet if they could replicate that badass Tyger in the Gym and put it at mid-field!!!

Im sure the field improvements will give the Tygers a new sense of community backing and fan support. It should draw good crowds and that could equate to more wins. Kids seem to play harder when they know the community is backing them. Playing on brand new turf will get any 16-18 yr old athlete excited.

To bad we are now in region 13 so the locals won't get to play there until state semi finals, as Mansfield is now to far west for our regional games.

Week 12, 13, 14 - They could potentially host 2 playoff games per weekend (one Friday, one Saturday).

That could be a real money maker for the district (if they charge for parking, which I believe they're adding spaces behind the home stands).

Hopefully some local teams from other divisions can play there in weeks 12 & 13, as I don't see any locals in DIV playing there until week 14.
Maybe someone close from region 14 can play there like Clear Fork.

The last time I was at a game at Arlin Field (Early 90's) there was an all out brawl on the Mansfield side up in the stands that ended with several cops being called to settle things down.

I always liked going there and to Madison for games.
