The #3 and #4 teams in the SEC(LSU and GA), only lost one out of conference game in total, and that was an opener for the season, other than the worthless bowl exhibition games, a month after the season was effectively over for eveyone except the two teams in the NC. No credence whatsoever should be put in any comparative value if wins and losses in these end of season exhibition games - they are there just for the money, and not for any progress toward any championships!
Riiiiiight.

And, on top of that, LSU played Washington, UL-Lafayette, Tulane, and Louisiana Tech. Stellar non-conference schedule there. Georgia gets all the credit in the world for scheduling tough this season. LSU doesn't get any.

And sorry, your post is stupid.

Is it just a strain that is keeping McCoy out?

Fuck, add me to the list of people who missed a streaker. This game is boring as hell Texas clearly had no intention of running if Colt McCoy was in. I still cant believe Texas hasnt set up any types of short passes to atleast get this backup some sort of passes he can complete.

What a boring game. As soon as McCoy went down this thing was over.

Can someone explain to me when Ted Ginn jr got hurt in the 2006 title game, there were speculation that he didn't go back in because he worried about his NFL Stock and people started to bash him! They just annouced that Mac Brown and Colt's father agreed that Colt should worry about his NFL future and everything is all fine? WTF????

You have to play if it's not that serious.

Can't worry about the NFL tonight. These are the guys you've been with for 3-4 years.

How many millions does this injury cost him in his draft position?

At least Texas now can somewhat relate to what OSU went through January 2006-December 31, 2009. Are they the new OSU?

I doubt if a separated shoulder will do much to his draft stock.

It probably doesn't change anything. Bradford was hurt for the whole year and he is still projected as the top QB.

Yes. I am a bit dissapointed in him noot coming back in to play. If it is all about protecting his NFL future that is BS. If he wants to play, get him the fuck in the game.

One game in the whole college football post season that means something, and it's a bust! Start with 16 teams seeded by a committee like the basketball 64. Then the first 8 games played within two weeks of the end of the season on the first Saturday of December at the home of the best seeded teams. Then the four 2nd round games on New Years Day at major bowl locations to maintain a tradition. Semi-finals 9-12 days later, and the NC game 8-13 days before the Super Bowl.
