I actually like Al. He doesn't ask Manning stupid questions, and is right on on his play by play.

Dear MA. Move Brantley to 1, Sizemore to 3, Choo to 4, and Carlos to the 8 spot. And do not use Tony Sipp in tight ballgames anymore. Thanks.....Footwedge.

I don't see Acta hitting Sizemore, Choo, and Hafner 3-4-5....3 LH bats in a row.
This is why LaPorta is so important to this line up.

Tony Sipp has a 2.70 ERA. He pitched last night when the game was in doubt and held the lead. He has plenty of value as a LHP out of the bullpen.

psh. He did NOT pitch well last night. He tried to give the lead up, but Manny pulled him before he could. I gave him credit for the 7th inning K, but you cant come out in the 8th and load the bases with no outs and still be counted on. Especially after his less than impressive last 2 outings prior to last night.
He was lucky Pestano went nuts and saved his ass.

OQB's Indians Report:
I have been pleased with the way LaPorta has been playing......it just needs to be this way in August and September too!
Hanahan is getting more confident as well and that will only make him better.
Grady is off to an awesome start, especially since he is coming back from knee surgery.....but I still say Brantley is the leadoff guy.
Santana is a future superstar, but just has too much pressure on him right now to hit the ball out of the ballpark everytime he is up to bat......move him down, take the pressure off, see him succeed!
The Pronk we all love is back and let's hope he is back for good.
Druby and Choo are streaky.....they are either really good, or not so good.
Orlando was a great pickup by the front office.....veteran player who knows how to win baseball games and is rubbing off on to everyone in the dugout!
Pitching has been outstanding this year......starters and relievers. Let's hope we can get Talbot and Carasco back asap and stay this consistent!
Go Tribe!

The thing with Sipp is that he is good most of the time but when he's off he's WAY off. Most of the runs against him last season came in just a few appearances, I remember one outing in Yankee Stadium he gave up about 275 runs. He'll get it back here soon, just need to be cautious with his appearances until then.

I was watching All Bets are Off earlier and Bruce was showing the grounds crew taking the tarp off the infield. That's a good sign.

So Sizemore is batting behind Cabrera, Kearns, Hannahan, and Marson. Lots of rbi potential there.

time to play "speedball" for the next 3 and a half innings...i'm actually in favor of the every indians player just bunting it right back to the pitcher to save time
