Oh, so it's not worth mentioning then? The elevator wasn't properly maintained, inspected, etc. He's talking about a "school killing helpless students." Well....what's good for the goose.....

I just don't see where you are going with that. Notre Dame will not hold anyone responsible and has paid a $77,000 fine so far. Like i said, my opinion on this has nothing to do with College Football, bash OSU all you want and start trolling them, I don't care. Just make an actual point would ya?

I've made many points. The point is, ND is skirting responsibility on this. SOMEONE was responsible for his safety. No punishment, no fine, no time off without pay. Nothing. It's riduculous. Just because you don't like my points, doesn't mean I haven't made any.

ND won't hold any ONE person responsible because it was a collective fuck up. I'm not bashing or trolling at all. He wants to say crazy shit like that when OSU has had a student die and they paid out a settlement. Lesson: Don't spit into the wind.

The problem is, even as a "collective fuck up" there is a person responsible for that. I mean, I have fired whole crews, driller down, because of broken fingers. Negligence is not blameless.

Read the report, multiple people fucked up and the president assumed total responsibility! How do you know there was no time off work and without pay? ND doesn't make this stuff public, the fact that they have revealed this much information is uncharateristic of them.LJ;749697 wrote:I've made many points. apparently you did, since you responded to it. I'm sorry that you don't like the fact that some companies take safety very seriously.

There were no gusts recorded above that X amount. It was monitored for hours prior to practice by multiple people.

I do like that fact but I don't think you need to post the same thing 3 times in one thread. No one responded to any of your mentions of it because no one cares. I responded now because you are a broken record looking for a pat on the back for firing A WHOLE CREW for a broken hand. Like I said, no one gives a shit no matter how many times you post about it.

If I knew you were in charge of safety and I was working on that particular job site, I'd quit on the spot, not because of safety issues but because I'd be too worried of you costantly looking over my shoulder, which would hinder my production and ultimately lead to me being fired. I'm thinking it's a no win situation working for you.

Yeah, I am constantly looking over people's shoulders when I am in Ohio and they are in Texas and Oklahoma. Good one.

Because I am trying to make a point that you ND fans refuse to look at. Someone didn't just break a hand in this case, someone died. The point is that people are fired for much much less, yet ND says "oh, it was just a screw up by a bunch of people, oh well". How can you be ok with that when it involves the loss of a life?
