I know we have a few meat connoisseurs on here.
I just upgraded my grill last night from a cheapo gas to a Weber, and want to start grilling more often. Admittedly, I’ve always just gone to the grocery store and bought steaks and seasoned the shit out of them and grilled them.
Obviously going to a butcher and getting a better cut and quality of steak will taste better and that’s what I plan on doing.
My question is, what’s the best way to prepare a steak? Do you still use seasoning or marinades? Do you just grill the steak how it is?
I’d like your input.
