Unless the Nuggets sweep the games at home and decide to show up in OKC...they might be done. OKC was gettin wide open jumper after jumper. Affalo being healthy changes this series drastically...because he can man up on Westbrook

Yeah because everyday in the NBA a 33 yr old, 15 yr vet who is 6'7" guards a 6'0" lightning quick 25 yr old point guard. Paul had 33 and 14 in Game 1 and dominated the game when Kobe didn't guard him. That didn't happen in Game 2 because of Kobe. Just admit it your a hater.

I thought Kobe did a great job of face guarding Paul in the backcourt when he was simply trying to walk up the court. Very solid defense there.

So he had a DOMINANT game, and just had a damn good game this last game. Kobe did not lock him down or anything, admit it you've got a mancrush.

Letting someone get 20/10 with 1 turnover while shooting about 50%(it was 9 i know) is not a good game defensively, period. He got basically what he averaged during the season +4 points. He just happened to go off game 1 and came back to earth game two, players have games where they just feel it sometimes. Did Galinari do a great job on KD because he didnt get 40 again? Or will the Celtics player who defends Melo next do a great job next game because he wont go off for 42 and 17? No, they just went back to having normal games. Its not liek he held him below what he normally gets, which would be a great defensive night

But they got the win and thats all that really matters i suppose. The media seems ot make a huge deal out of Kobe saying he wanted Paul though.

If you watched Game 1 and then watched game 2 and you didn't see a huge difference in what Chris Paul could and couldn't do with Kobe guarding him then your either vision challenged or a hater.

Your right he is...which makes Kobe all the more the greatest player in the NBA. He has carried that team to 3 straight NBA Finals winning the last 2 with a "pussy" as a Power Forward and a Center who hasn't been 100% healthy for any of the 3 Finals.

Never said Kobe "shutdown" anyone. But you cannot honestly tell me Kobe's defense on Paul didn't make a difference in the game and the Hornets only scoring 78.
