So him pulling to bring Jamison to town equals "hand picking"? lol

It was a legit question....no need to be a bitch about it.

I hear a lot of people thinking Miami will roll into the finals. I could see Miami in 5 or so....but I hope Chicago brings it and it goes to 7. Boozer MUST turn it on.

I don't really see either rolling into the finals. I guess Chicago or Miami could win in 5 games, but I'd have to think each game will be tight and by no means easy.

This game has been living up to the hype thus far. Great series.

I won't waste my time on some of the very petty things grown men are saying. Being in chicago, I'm pumped for this series. Might even get a ticket. I like Miami in 5. IF noah and boozer get healthier it will be a better series. I just haven't seen enough scoring beside Rose. The bulls can't start slow or they very well may get swept. The keys to the series for me are-- 1. Boozer AND Taj production vs. Bosh and Lbj's at the 4. The bulls need to win that battle. If not, they're done. 2. Can Deng step his game up a notch? He will have to guard lbj well but also score it well. He can do it, but he needs to every night. 3. Who will stretch the floor from miami? Bibby, miller, chalmers, and jones have to bring the 3s. Keep that great defense honest. 4. Can lbj and wade continue their very impressive rebounding numbers against the bulls frontcourt? This will be a huge challenge for those guys which will be the most telling to me. Miami is winning because theyre killing people on the boards. You can't let an undersized sg and a sf average 17rbs a game and expect to win a series. I'm looking forward to it.

Just realized that this will be the first NBA finals since '98 without Tim Duncan, Shaq or Luke Walton. Wow.

The first two I can understand. Did you just reference Luke Walton with them though? Luke Walton? He of the 4.8 PPG?

You realized that or heard it from one of the many commentators who have been stating that fact after the Celtics were eliminated but instead using Kobe instead of Luke Walton...

Don't burst his bubble...let him think he came up with that all on his own.

I thought I heard that the night before and it goes back longer than that. I think Olajuwon and Jordan were added to the list to take it back 8 more years. Kobe, Shaq, Duncan, Olajuwon and Jordan were in Finals from 1991-2010.

Heard that it was a good possibility after the Celtics loss on Monday that put them down 3-1. :D

If it makes you feel any better, another one I read was Kobe, Duncan and Wayne Simien. Also, Shaq, Duncan and Derek Fisher.

Shaq, Duncan, Kobe, Jordan, Olajuwon, Isaiah, Bird, Kareem, Elvin Hayes, Dr. J., John Havlicek, Walt Frazier, Wilt Chamberlain and Bill Russell.

At least one of those 14 names have appeared in the last 54 NBA championships. Amazing.

Grizz looked great last night. Randolph was owning the paint. Need to do the same in OKC on Sunday.

Who you got tonight in OKC?
I'm pulling for the Grizz but I think OKC gets it done at home by 9. Durant with 37.

15-12 Memphis 315 left 1st quart. Good point rainge for the Grizz to win.

Every time someone says CHeat they should be losing credibility with everyone.

It's like hating the Yankees because they "cheat". No, they don't. Don't hate the player, hate the game.

I've heard a lot of talking heads and writers talk about match ups in the Heat v. Bulls series. Why do so many seem to think Deng is a good defensive match up on LeBron? Short memories.

When LeBron was with the Cavs they played the Bulls a lot, obviously. And LeBron, statistically dominated them. Scored 25+ in 19 of 23 regular season games. And in 5 playoff games averaged 32 PPG, 9 RPG and 8 APG. Historically he has lit Deng up.

The Bulls have major match up issues in this series. Their only chance is Carlos Boozer having the series of his life and Noah dominating the boards. Of course Rose can be an x-factor if he decides to shoot 30 shots a game and shoots 50%, but he'll have a hard time doing that. The Heat need to do what they do and make Chicago adjust to them.

Game 7 in OKC. Amazing how the buttocks tighten up in a game 7. Teams are shooting a combined 34% into the 3rd quarter.
