You should try the spark, it gives me a jump start to my day, and I have never felt jittery because of it, but if you have a health issue, you should consult a doctor. Thats one of the first things I tell people, consult your doctor and let them know what you are planning on taking. Some people cannot take certain stuff. My wife does not take the thermo T's because she is on thyroid meds. I have tried a lot of the products, to keep my eating down, like the snack bars and meal replacement bars. I liked the snack bars, the meal replacement ones were ok, but not as tasty as i would like for choc and p nut butter. I bought some bio tools for the bone on bone in my left knee, but have not followed taking them like I am supposed to. I can say my knee is no worse considering all the miles i have been putting on it. My brother in law bought the bio tools and says it has helped his back a lot, he has 2 bulging disks. I cannot give my stamp of approval on them, but i know others who swear by it. I have made the complete lifestyle change, and plan to use the products for the rest of my life. that was why i became a distributor and recently an adviser. It would be nice to make some money selling the stuff, but getting myself healthy is more important. I truly believe in the products. i was a huge skeptic until i tried it. People can say its a scheme, but for it to be a scheme, the stuff would not work. That is not the case, at least not in my case. I am sure there are people who have tried the products and have not had success. My brother in law (different one)tried the spark, and said it did not do anything for him, but he also did COKE for 5 years, so kind of hard to live up to that.
its cool having a thread about this, but this post sounds like a commercial.. jibber jabber jibber jabber
