TRIBE TIME! Sweep the BoSox and move to 4-2, now on to the Mariners.

A team, to start the season, I thought the Indians actually matched up with on paper. So they will get swept.

Grodt should have started this...he started the last one and it ended up with a sweep. I haven't changed my underwear since last Saturday.

There are some superstitions that just ought not be posted, IMO! ;-)

Good luck, OQB. You are under the gun now, pal!

I think that if the Indians score more runs than the opposition...we have a decent chance of #winning

Yes. You'll face Vargas, Fister, and Bedard most likely. Technically, Pineda could pitch Sunday if they chooe to jump the rotation, not sure why they would. Vargas is pretty tough and Bedard didn't have a bad first start. I'm just hoping Figgins and Suzuki have a good series and Olivo stays hot. Offense is always the key for the Mariners. Pitching will keep us in most games, but we have to be able to score.

Yeah, I went out on a limb with that...but I am fairly confident.

Seems kind of shaky. If a guy can pitch a no-hitter and lose, a team can score more runs and lose. I call shenanigans!

I'm watching the Seattle channel out here in Alaska, and they're having one of the weirdest tributes I've ever seen to someone who has passed away (their long time broadcaster.) Are they showing any of it on STO?

Figgins almost ties it up, instead lines into a DP with Ichiro running. Bradley then Ks. Good first inning, I suppose.

Carrascos ball is really dancing out there tonight. He looks pretty sharp.

Of course, he is a misplaced line-drive double from still battling in the 1st inning...

That's how baseball is, however.. You need the ball to bounce your way.
