Nice to see Tiger getting back into it. Hopefully he can be consistent and give the same performance tomorrow. Should be interesting with him playing in front of Rory. He can put a lot of pressure on Rory by birdieing the hole ahead of him, and bringing back the roar.

I was laughing when Tiger sank the putt on 18 and made that official.

I agree. One thing I like better about the British open is TNT airing pretty much the whole tournament.

So boring though. I mean the tournament isn't bad but the crowd is basically asleep and the weather always sucks

I like these shows they have on before.

It sets the stage for the current tournament.

You are the first person Ive ever heard that watches them lol.

Im catching up on some DVR stuff after being out of town for 10 days. I dont HATE the late coverage, though I think 2pm (like tomorrow) is much more ideal. But showing all day, for guys who are usually out of it on the weekend, is a bit dumb...and would not draw viewers at all.

Very nice show on Phil before the coverage starts. The image of him winning last year and giving Amy a hug still almost brings tears to my eyes.

Eh I'd much rather have watched a half hour more actual golf than a FIGJAM infomercial.

yes, I agree, and said starting coverage right before the leaders is ideal. But starting at 10am, like it seemed was suggested, would be overkill.

They're good but they usually show the same ones over and over.

One year it will be Arnie's Army then the next year a look back at Jack in '86.

I do think they should start all major coverage (Saturday and Sunday) at least as the lead pairing is arriving at the first tee.
