Tiger pulling it all together would be an epic turnaround...he's not played well...at all.

Unbelievable that Tiger is still the Vegas Odds leader at 8 - 1. Kaymer and Westwood at 12 - 1 seem better bets. Anthony Kim at 40 -1 could make a nice payday too.

Agreed.
Vegas must have missed Tiger's rounds so far this year.

Golf is as entertaining right now as it ever has been. I think it would be even better if Tiger was playing well(as long as he was still losinggerb131;728361 wrote:I'd like to see Tiger win too or at least be in contention. Golf pretty much sucks without him.

Ya, I am sure Tiger won't make the cut, lol. ESPN should get you to write for their golf page. That is some fine analysis i must say. Won't win, but I see a top 10 for the guy. Good vibes can do wonders for a golfer. Hell, he finished 4th last year and hadn't barely played. For Tiger it comes to the flat stick. He hits the ball well enough to contend, just isn't making anything.
I like the Gary Woodland pick.

Let's do a pool just for bragging rights as to who is the OC Golf Guru...pick any 5 golfers from the field and the lowest accumulated total for the 5 is the winner. Pick the Winner's Final Rd score for the tie breaker. You can duplicate another persons picks but not the tie breaker.
1. B. Watson
2. M. Kaymer
3. L. Westwood
4. A. Kim
5. P. Mickelson
Winner's Sunday Score - 68

Get this stickied and we can start a Masters Pool thread. Also you should have to identify a winner, otherwise no one else can pick the final score of 68 bc u already did.

So why not have to pick a winner too? Just to have the final score be random means 67,68 and 69 are taken already. It kind of limits your participants doesnt it?

Tongue and cheek comment but there is no doubt the game is better when he is on top of his game. Golf game that is.

No... the different tie breaker was only if you want to pick the exact same 5 as someone else. But I see what you are saying...second tie breaker will be determined by whether you actually have the winner in your group of 5. After that it's just a shared satisfaction of knowing you are one of the smartest SOBs on the OC. (which BTW I'm already pretty sure I am...)september63;730376 wrote:So, does this mean anyone else participating cant take 67, 68, 69 or 70 already?

Instead of always protecting Notre Dame why don't some of you mods step up and squash ridiculous rumors with no basis of truth?se-alum;730575 wrote:Tiger has withdrawn from the Masters.

Ha Tiger has a shot to win folks because it's a major! Don't forget that this guy finished in the Top 5 in the Masters and US Open last year
