With the NFL lockout going on, it got me to thinking what is the current OC CBA? It obviously is a fail, and needs some reworking. I say we start negotiations now. As a representative for all regular posters, I propose:

- Every 3 months we vote on the worst mod. The winner (or should i say loser) of that poll shall have his/her mod duties revoked. Along with that, said mod shall be forced to have a sig that states "i lolfailed at being a mod," for a month.

- Regular posters then vote for their peers they believe should be a mod. Winner becomes a mod/representative of the regular posters.

-All mods must explain in full detail why they provided an infraction.

- Idiot capone shall be banished to the basement for the rest of his time posting here at the OC.
