+1, if he does explain, he will just completely fail and just throw an insult your way (also normally a fail insult). He bases his mod decisions solely on his own opinion. He doesn't base his decisions based on the set OC rules/bylaws. Worst moderator out there, and obviously never had any power in real life so he gets a hard on with his e-power.
