had a gun pulled on me and a few buddies walking to a bar on campus once they wanted our money my one friend told them were college students do you really believe we have money. they just drove away was pretty funny and scary all at the same time.

About three years ago our garage got broke into and they took everything but the tractor and snowmobile. I mean everything it was crazy they had to have a huge truck or made several trips. it happened over night which is what was so amazing. not sure how they were so quiet about it with all the tools and shop equipment they got. it was estimated to be close to 8k that they took. The best part of it was when the insurance wanted to investigate showed them the video of everything in there. Watching the guys watch that video made my day after they told me there was no way that i had that much stuff in that garage. Ever since then i have taken video of everything in the house when i purchase something new. Where i live there has never been anything like this happen until the last few years.

when I was 18 delivering pizza. A girl was on the porch when I pulled in the address driveway. After I got out of my car a guy came out from behind some bushes with a gun pointed at me. It was dark, about 10:30pm. I caught them both, knew the girl's face from school. The guy worked at the pizza joint before. I wasn't sure it was him, until the girl snitched on him trying to get out early. The cops said without a positive ID from me, he would beat the charge. She did almost a year in kiddie care because of her prior juvenile record. She was from Chicago, real bad news. The guy disappeared from town.

Same thing happened to one of my friends, got a gun pulled on him while delivering pizza. I dont know if they ever caught the guy, but it was kind of surprising because its a small and mostly quiet town.

I had my stereo stolen from my car. Extremely ironic because I bought it (had NO idea at the time because I bought it from a high school golf teammate) after he had stolen it from another car. How did I know it was stolen? There was a John Mellencamp CD in it.

Ugh, he should have had to pay YOU because of the CD alone.

Damn, didn't you say you were from Beallsville - is that where your friend was? In Beverly/Waterford, pizza delivery was rarely an option. So our pizza thugs would just break into the pizza shops and make their own pizzas (and promptly get hauled to juvy).

Oh yeah, true story. Here's a better one - have a distant relative who broke into a small town bank. Got him some money......and fell asleep before making it out of the bank. Slept right through the workers coming in the morning and calling the cops, too.

Had a car stolen from work once. But I have never had a break in at home. I have three dogs, two of which are near 100 lbs. Also had my brother in law make me a sign like this. Good luck to anyone that ever attempts to break in!

I like it!

I saw a creative one recently. "Trespassers will be shot. Survivors will be shot again."
