Yeah, I like almost all of those shows...A couple I've never seen (too close for comfort, heat of the night, silver spoons, gimmie a break), but the rest are great.

In the Heat of the Night....has Archie Bunker as a police chief in Sparta Missisippi. They and Detective Virgill Tibbs solve crime that mostly originates in "The Bottoms"...the poor part of town.

Too Close for comfort....two attractive female sisters rent an apartment below/above their parents. Only watched cause one, or both, was hot..or I thought so when I was young.

Silver Spoons...Had ricky schroader. About a kid who's dad was rich. Mostly remember it because they had a video game system like yous ee in arcades in their house..and a small litlte train that ran through the house)

Gimmie a Break.....think it was about a bit black lady who was the housekeeper for a white cop family..I think...i could be wrong....i vaguely remember it but I do remember mom always watching it and can kinda remember the theme song.

Also Fame was during that time period...and of course....classic The SimpsonS!

Loved VOyagers as a kid........i can remember a friends mom wrote to the show about how great it was that kids could watch and no sexual stuff...and then that next week they showed the main character making out with some chick. Very gooood show.
I do miss Wonder Years.

Ha....good ole bubba! Crimes always seemed to happen in The Bottoms! Archie Bunker, {carroll o conner} i believe his son was on the show a little bit..one who killed himself. Someone told me that Virgil Tibbs got pulled over driving erratically with just a robe on!
