I am 77 days (78 in a few hours when I wake up) into the 4-Hour Body lifestyle change. On day 67, I hit the 28 pound weight loss mark.
I am pretty excited about being as low as I am. I haven't been here in over 5 years, no doubt about that. I have had about 4 days of exercise -- wish it was a bit more. I will hopefully get more kettlebell swings in once my dad makes me one. I'd also like to pick up a couple of ab exercises. I'll get around to it, hopefully after Easter.
Things are going well with it. I made some almond-crusted chicken nuggets on Thursday night...delicious! I've also lost around 5+ inches to my belly area and over an inch around the widest part of my hips. I am back into the blue jeans I used to always wear. My dress pants have plenty of extra room in them now, as well. I feel like the hip area is definitely lost more than an inch because of the way the jeans fit, I have way more room than I am used to.
Maybe with changing up the routine a bit, I'll get down another 5-10...which I wouldn't be disappointed in.

See how stupid you look, now? This is supposed to be a "help" thread, not a "bash" thread. You get on here talking shit to someone you know nothing about. Someone who is probably anywhere from 10-20 years older than you (based on this sites demographics) who you likely could keep up with in a weight room.
