I know. I wish I could. My lunches are at the school's cafeteria (it's free for me)...the salads suck. It's a struggle for lunch. So, I try to add some more veggies in sometimes. It's going to take some time with the lunches. I really don't like the red wine vinaigrette salad dressing, but it's what is suggested. If I could find another, it'd make the lunches easier.
I may move to an Italian dressing of some sort. Or, redo my own dressing's concoction -- like less vinaigrette, more EVOO, and more garlic and herbs.

I don't need to comment on the first part. It's not like talking to you about anything will actually accomplish much. But...I am adding a whole egg in each meal that I eat, which would be three whole eggs a day (if not more sometime).
But...I say I am drinking water with every meal because it's important. The Flickr account is basically a "food diary." It's more for me than anyone else. But, it's a reference for others if they want it. It's something that is suggested. Just documenting everything that you take in. I also try to include the amount of water because drinking 1.5 liters of water each morning is part of the plan. Also including the drink in each meal lets me know when I drink something else -- like, diet drinks, which are allowed but limited to 16oz. per day. I am trying not to drink any soft drinks though, just something I want to stay away from, if possible.
