Most of the time, I normally don't in small, local elections. I won't say 100%.

Also not sure what voting has to do with Outback doing a good thing (bad thing in your mind)?

I tend to look at the big picture rather than small insignificant things like Outback Steakhouse, but to each his own.

Outback Steakhouse > sleeper. In the big picture, of course.

I would only need to quote everything you've ever written. I frankly don't have any time to "kill".

This is highly inaccurate, but what else would you expect from a glorified web designer.

I consider my work on here important. I do not consider quoting 8,000+ posts worthy of my time to prove a point. Is that simple enough for you to understand?

When I was with 1/7 when we returned from both of our deployment Outback catered to us. Both times we returned was between midnight and 2 am. Both times they catered for the whole unit and families was free. Outback does a great job with the troops and how the support us. I will never forget those two catered meals.

Two thumbs up.

They are publicly traded, or at least their holding company is. There aren't too many investors/shareholders that give a blank check towards silent charitable donations. Outback would be in more trouble if they didn't advertise this.

Right.

Just to clarify. My 9 to 5 job is as a web developer, not a designer. Our agency has 3 designers.

No, the designers are the gay ones. The developers are the neck-bearded basement dwellers. Get it right or pay the price!

If that's what you want to believe...I'll go along with it for your sake.

As far as Outback and what they are doing, I'm all for it. I know they have the Veterans Day meal for Vets. I'm a Vet and have never took them up on the opportunity. One of these years I might. I don't hear of other 'chain steakhouses' doing any thing like this, but I hardly go to those places. If I ever went to one it would be Outback due to their efforts. Not only from the donating standpoint, but more so due to what they do/done for returning soldiers. (like Tiger's story).

I guess some people will find fault in anything.

Geez. All it takes for you is 2 meals? Hoodwinked.

Also, $10 says the US military paid them to be a caterer, they didn't just do it out of the kindness of their hearts.
