If it wasn't her and you say something to him, the fall out for this couple/their family/their friends could be horrible. Unless you know with 100% certainty you don't say a thing to ANYONE. If you tell one person it will get around and have the same result. Even if you know it's her, I'm not sure you say anything but you certainly don't risk wrecking someone's marriage for something you think you might have seen.

If you say something and it wasn't her - do you think he'd ever trust her again? You would have planted the seed of doubt in his mind so even if it wasn't her, he'll always wonder and not trust.

Do nothing. If it was true, she eventually will slip up and get caught. For all you know, he could even be cheating on her too. Stay out of it.
