I am hoping that OU will win this one.

What's the status of Scott and Brazill? They've been listed as "questionable" over the course of the week. The team needs both of them to be in the game and at peak performance to outscore CMU.

My buddy says that Scott will probably go, and Brazil will probably not play. That's the unofficial word I have received.

I'll be rooting for the Bobcats in this one. Too bad I don't have DVR down here at school. Unfortunately I don't plan on sitting in my dorm watching the MAC championship tonight

I like how all but 3 players on OU's offense went after that fumble. Pathetic.

This is truly MAC football.

On another note, congratulations to Dan Lefevour on eclipsing the career TD mark in the FBS.

Anyone else think that Frank Solich kinda looks like Bud Kilmer from Varsity Blues?

CMU scored with 17 seconds left in the half.

17-7 CMU, halftime

Someone for OU needs to make sure that the WR from Central Michigan doasn't play for the rest of the game, or year. That was a dirty hit on Lawrence, and it probably ended his game.

How many generous spots have the Chips received in this game?

A receiver switching directions and going backwards after catching the ball while being tackled at the 10 somehow getting the ball on the 8 1/2 yardline is downright criminal.

Questionable personal foul facemask penalty on 3rd and long because they revoked the 5 yard variety a few years ago gives CMU a first down.

Chop block by a second string WR on one of Ohio's Cornerbacks should have been an ejection, yet nothing was called.

I used to respect CMU and what they have done for the conference. Not anymore just because of that player.

I agree.
The refs are giving CMU everything and OU is getting nothing. I think that CMU could still beat OU without the help, but this is ridiculous.

MAC refs are awful in general. They pretty much screw everyone equally because they are completely inept.

But that hit on Lawrence was garbage. How is nothing called there?

The CMU player that had the cheap shot better not play in CMU's bowl game. In the Big 10, he probably would have been ejected from the game and would not play in the next game (bowl game).

^^^
Thought the same thing at first, but when I looked at where the ball hit the net and the angle the kick came from, it was pretty clear to me that it was good.

I think OU has had enough. They have several players hurt right now, Lawrence for the game, Scott has cramps, and someone just walked off the field holding their neck. I think that this is one game too many for them and they don't have enough left to make a comeback here.

I'd keep saying negative things if I were you.

Just as you posted that they had 2 straight first downs.

:D

However, I agree. Even if they get another TD, let alone 10 points, they can't stop LeFevour in a 2 minute offense if it were to come down to that.

Scott cannot take that sack, he has to throw that away.
Took them out of field goal range, but they still went for the FG.
They missed a 51-yarder.

Everything is going right for CMU.
OU just tipped a pass and a CMU player happened to be right where it landed for a 15+ yard gain.
