I honestly think that's a given at this point.

There still hasn't been any clear violations to Oregon. The payments are huge and very fishy but nothing to warrent a death penalty has come out yet.

If Oregon wasn't on probation when all of this happened they can't get the death penalty, but they can get hit hard.

The NCAA stated that they would do everything possible to avoid the death penalty after shutting down SMU in the late 80's.

Well if it turns out Phil Knight was on campus writing all the players 10K checks every month, I'm sure they get the death penalty. Now I'm sure thats not the case, but that has to be soem actions that would warrent the DP.

both NC game teams, I have a feeling the NCAA would rather do nothing just because they're too proud to admit they made any mistake.
